Ken is another of RGC from the ground up success stories. Ken has over 20years experience as a concrete layer & Earthworks Machinery Operator.
Ken is an outstanding leader who focuses on OH&S, Quality & productivity. His knowledge spans all aspects of concrete, foundation, construction & site works & this makes him an extremely effective Manager. His understanding of all this work makes him an integral fulcrum for discussion with our Commercial team when pricing & programming work.
Ken started out as a concrete placer with PMG in the pre-RGC days & through his continued excellent performance & leadership became a Divisional Co-Manager in 2015 moving into sole charge of the Division in 2018. This was an outstanding achievement made even more so as this was a merged Division (Incorporating what was then the separate “Residential” & “Commercial” Concrete Divisions).
Ken has continued his success with this Division consistently achieving high levels of output with his team while maintaining OH&S and quality.
