A seasoned specialist in the brick and blocklaying trade, Ricky has played a key role in the successful delivery of many major projects. He has been with RGC (as part of its forerunner, Bill Grace Ltd) since 1989.
Starting as a brickies’ labourer, Ricky became an apprentice before moving to B. G. Grace Blocklayers Ltd in 1989. After obtaining his brick and blocklaying qualification he headed overseas, returning to New Zealand (and Bill Grace) in 1993. Eventually Ricky’s hands-on experience was put to good use in management when he became the company’s Operations Manager, running all sites and all teams. He helped manage the successful merger in the Brick & Block Division & has been responsible for the ongoing growth, health & importance of this division.
Ricky is an outstanding Manager of Resources, sites & clients. He is extremely well respected in the construction industry & currently sits on the Master Bricklayers Association NZ Committee.
