Nicky was the Company accountant at AJ Russells from 2007 to 2011 when she took the reins at RGC in the same role. Nicky moved into the role as Finance Manager at RGC in 2017. Nicky Manages a team that includes the Company Accountant, Accounts Receivable & Payable Administrators, Office Administration Assistant & Payroll Administrator.

Nicky’s outstanding company & industry knowledge are a massive advantage to RGC as she understands the operational implications of financial divisions as well as critically clear on which metrics & data actually matter to the profitability & success of RGC.
Nicky interacts individually with each Manager facilitating their access to our financial system (Greentree) & has been at the forefront of these leaders’ business-financial education.
Nicky calculates & compiles quarterly budgets & overseas the production of monthly, quarterly & annual Profit & Loss Statements for every Division. Nicky ensures that her team produces these results swiftly & accurately at the end of month to ensure Managers make decisions with relevant data.
Nicky oversees all financial reporting & operates at the Senior management level at RGC working alongside the GM & MD in all financial matters.
Nicky is outstanding in her role.
